Submit a takedown notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice to legal@neonkiss.ai. Your notice must include:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL of the content you claim infringes your copyright.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review your notice and respond within 48 hours.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@neonkiss.ai.
