How do I create a character?
Open Create from the menu and follow the steps to pick a look, personality, and voice. When you are done, tap Start Chatting to talk to your new muse right away.
What are Neon coins and how do I get them?
Neon coins are the in-app currency used to generate images, videos, and other premium actions. You get coins with your plan, and you can top up any time from your profile.
How do I generate images or videos?
Use the Generate section, choose a style and options, then run the generation. Each generation spends coins based on the type and length you pick.
What does premium include?
Premium unlocks higher limits, faster generations, and extra tools such as reporting bugs directly to our team. Manage your plan from Profile → Subscription.
Is my data private?
Your chats and creations are tied to your account. Read our Privacy policy from the menu for the full details on how we store and use your data.

Go to Help Desk → Support → Contact Support to email our team. Premium members can also report bugs from the Bugs tab.
