Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel your NeonKiss subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How to cancel

1. Open the NeonKiss app and go to Account Settings.
2. Tap or clickSubscription.
3. Tap or clickCancel Plan.
4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

You will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation is processed.

What happens after you cancel

• Your subscription features remain active until the billing period ends.
• We do not issue refunds for unused time.
• Your account and chat history are kept. You can resubscribe at any time.
