Content Removal & Complaints Policy
Last updated 2026-09-06
1. Overview
Neon Kiss (the "Service") lets anyone report content and submit complaints. This Policy explains how to ask us to remove content, how we review reports, and how you can appeal a decision. We take reports of non-consensual and illegal content seriously and act on them quickly.
2. Who Can Report
Anyone can submit a report, whether or not they have an account, including people who appear in, or are affected by, content on the Service. If content shows you, or a real person, without consent, you can ask us to remove it using the process below.
3. How to Submit a Report
Send a report to hello@neonkiss.ai, or use the in-product reporting tools where available. To help us act quickly, please include:
- A link to, or clear description of, the content.
- The reason for the report (for example, non-consensual, minor, impersonation, copyright).
- If the content shows you, a statement confirming this and that you did not consent.
- How we can contact you about the report.
4. Priority Categories
We treat the following as urgent and act on them as a priority:
- Suspected content involving a minor (see our Underage & Child-Safety Standards).
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes of real people.
- Content that exposes another person's private information.
Verified content in these categories is removed as quickly as possible, and accounts responsible for it are terminated.
5. Our Review Process
We acknowledge reports and review them promptly. We may remove or restrict content while we investigate. We consider the report, the content, and any relevant context, and we may ask you for more information. We aim to resolve most reports within a few business days, and faster for urgent categories.
6. Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is actioned and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing hello@neonkiss.ai with the subject line "Appeal" and an explanation. We will review the appeal and let you know the outcome. We are not obligated to restore content that violates our policies or the law.
7. Abuse of the Process
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports, or repeatedly re-uploading content that has been removed, is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in action against your account.
