Prohibited Content Policy

1. Purpose
This Prohibited Content Policy lists content that is not allowed on Neon Kiss (the "Service"). It applies to prompts, uploads, generated images and videos, chat messages, characters, profiles, and anything else you create or share. It supplements our Terms of Service and our Underage & Child-Safety Standards.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
You must not create, request, upload, share, or store content that:
- Involves minors: Sexualizes or depicts a minor or a person made to appear to be a minor, in any form. This is absolutely forbidden and reported to authorities.
- Uses real people without consent: Sexual, nude, or intimate depictions of a real, identifiable person made without consent, including deepfakes, face-swaps, or celebrity likeness.
- Depicts non-consensual acts: Rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual activity presented as real or endorsed.
- Depicts trafficking, incest, or bestiality.
- Promotes violence or self-harm: Gore, extreme violence, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Promotes hate or harassment: Attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics, or targets an individual for harassment.
- Facilitates crime or terror: Instructions for weapons, drugs, or violent extremism, or other clearly illegal activity.
3. Impersonation and Deception
Do not impersonate a real person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation with Neon Kiss, or present AI-generated content as a genuine photo or video of a real person. Do not create characters that impersonate real individuals in a sexual context.
4. No Circumvention
Do not attempt to bypass moderation filters, rate limits, or safety systems, whether through obfuscated prompts, encoding tricks, jailbreaks, or repeated retries, in order to produce any prohibited content.
5. Enforcement
We use automated filters and human review to enforce this Policy. Violations may lead to content removal, loss of coins or credits, suspension, or permanent termination, and, where required, referral to law enforcement. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
