Neon Kiss (the "Service") is an adult AI platform for chatting with AI characters and generating images and videos. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Your email address and a username or display name when you create an account.
• Prompts and generated media: The prompts, settings, and uploads you submit, and the images and videos you generate, so we can deliver, display, and store your results.
• Chat content: Messages between you and AI characters, stored to maintain context.
• Transaction data: Records of coin purchases, credit usage, and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider (see Section 4); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: How you use the Service, plus device and technical identifiers such as IP address, for security, analytics, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnostic data: Crash and error logs used to fix bugs and improve stability.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating media and maintaining chat context.
• Process payments, manage coin and credit balances, and administer subscriptions.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and keep the platform safe, including detecting prohibited content.
• Send you service-related messages such as account, security, and billing notices. We will not send marketing email without your consent, and you can opt out of non-essential messages.
• Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve features and model quality.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. When you make a purchase, your payment details are collected and processed directly by that provider under its own privacy policy. We receive limited information such as a transaction identifier, the amount, and the status of the payment. We do not store your full card number or security code on our systems.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, model providers, and analytics), who may only use the data to perform services for us.
• Safety and moderation: Authorized staff may access content to investigate reports, enforce our Terms, and comply with the law.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information to comply with law or valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Neon Kiss, our users, or the public. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Business transfers: If Neon Kiss is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer to the successor, which will remain bound by this Policy.
• With your consent: For any other sharing, we will ask for your consent first.

The images and videos you generate are stored so you can access them in your account. Generated media and the prompts used to create it may be reviewed by automated systems and, where flagged, by authorized staff to enforce our content rules. You can delete your Generated Content where the Service provides that option; deleted media is removed from active systems, though residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before they are purged.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy or as required by law:

• Account data is kept while your account is active and removed or anonymized after deletion, except where retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
• Chat and generated media are retained to provide continuity and are deleted on request or on account deletion, subject to backups.
• Transaction records may be retained as required by tax and accounting law.
• Diagnostic logs are retained only as long as needed to investigate issues, then aggregated or purged.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access and portability: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate profile information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account or specific data, subject to data we must retain by law.
• Objection and restriction: Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law provides this right.
• Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent where processing is based on it.

To exercise any right, contact us at hello@neonkiss.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access controls that limit personal data to authorized personnel under confidentiality obligations.
• Security practices such as monitoring and regular review of our systems.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account with a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and contains adult content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, we will terminate it and delete the associated data. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Service, and understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

We may process and store your information in countries other than the one in which you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last Updated" date at the top, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
