Neon Kiss (the "Service") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). This includes any real, fictional, cartoon, or AI-generated content that depicts, describes, or sexualizes a minor, or a person made to appear to be a minor. This is strictly and absolutely prohibited, without exception.

The Service is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Service.

We use measures to keep minors off the Service, which may include:

• An age gate that requires you to confirm you are at least 18 before you access adult content.
• Account terms that require truthful age information.
• The right to request additional age verification at any time.
• Suspension or termination of any account we believe belongs to a minor.

You must never use the Service to create, request, upload, share, or store:

• Any sexual or suggestive depiction or description of a minor, real or fictional.
• Content that uses a real minor's likeness, photo, or identity in any context.
• Prompts or characters designed to produce content that depicts or implies a minor in a sexual context, including through age regression, "aged-down", school, or childlike framing.
• Any attempt to bypass our filters to generate the content described above.

We use automated detection and human review to prevent and identify CSAE. When we identify apparent CSAM, we remove it, terminate the account, preserve relevant records as required, and report to the appropriate authorities and hotlines, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. We cooperate with law enforcement.

If you encounter content that may involve a minor, report it immediately using in-product reporting tools or by emailing hello@neonkiss.ai with the subject line "Child Safety". Please include any information that helps us locate the content. Reports are treated as urgent.
